ALMUAJER APP is an application that serves real estate property owners to request the issuance of the unified tenancy electronic contract (EJAR) through a certified real estate broker at the Ministry of Housing in Saudi Arabia. ALMUAJER APP allows landlords to provide details of the property and units to be leased out along with tenant information to those units. This information is then submitted to the certified real estate broker for the purpose of issuing and documenting the lease contracts in EJAR network which is a service provided by the Ministry of Housing in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The Saudi Arabian Ministry Of Housing recently introduced the Electronic Unified Tenancy Contract (EJAR) as the only approved and mandatory tenancy contract which acts as a legal executive bond certified by the Ministry of Justice. This step aims to regulate the rental process, standardize tenancy contracts, reduce rental disputes and enhance confidence in real estate investment.
In order to issue the Electronic Unified Tenancy Contract, Landlords must register with a certified real estate broker who will submit the request on their behalf.
